Purchase Terms

100 AI scans for €2.99

This optional pack adds 100 purchased AI scans to your eFootscan web account for a one-time payment of €2.99. It is not a subscription and does not involve recurring billing.

Confirmed accounts keep one successful Free AI scan per UTC day and unlimited manual opponent selection. Purchased scans are additional to this daily Free scan. Ads remain unchanged.

Payment and delivery to your account

Payment is handled by Stripe. Credits are added to your signed-in eFootscan account after Stripe confirms successful payment. Sign in to the account you want to receive the scans before continuing to payment.

An unsuccessful or cancelled Checkout does not add purchased scans. Each successful purchase grants one pack only, even if payment confirmation is received more than once.

Using your scans

Your daily Free AI scan is used first. Purchased scans are used afterwards for successful AI scans. Unused purchased scans stay in your account balance, and additional purchased packs add to that balance.

Support, refunds and withdrawal

Refund and withdrawal rights may depend on applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the purchase. Contact efootscan@gmail.com for assistance.

These terms do not exclude applicable statutory consumer rights. Immediate delivery of credits does not by itself mean that you waive those rights.

If payment has completed but your balance has not updated, check the purchase status in the app or contact support before purchasing again. Do not send full card numbers or CVC.
